I know someone who lives there. The cooling is free, he found out why. When he went away he turned the cooling off, of course, he came back and the ceiling and some of the furniture were covered in really bad mould, it was awful. Last week the water heater broke and flooded the place. It took them nearly a week to actually stop the water from dripping from the ceiling! The maintenance are useless and really slow, the maintenance manager really does not care at all! I really advise you not to go that building! Really thnx i needed this actual situation to make up my mind...thnx

Barsha (around Mall of the Emirates) is a good place for 2-bed apartments around that sort of price. All will be better than Manchester Tower. Thnx a lot... gonna search for that...

Mmmm... seems like it.s very bad indeed... but i got a good deal there... 2 bedrooms for 65 ... so can i survive or no that is the question... Have you already signed a lease? Having stress caused by problems in your home isn't good for mental health! I've been there, and unfortunately the minutiae adds up, and it can affect other areas of your life. You probably won't find a 2 bed for 65 in the Marina in a good building, so it's a good deal, but at what cost to your quality of life? Always a good idea to speak to residents of a building if they are willing to give you a moment of their time. I ask about maintenance, facilities, noise within the building, neighboring building, cell phone reception--all the things an agent is not going to know, or be willing to let on to. Thanks for the advice... u r totally right.. actually i asked one resident staying there for one month now and she seemed content... but its a matter of perspective after all...

It's an awful, run-down building with a terrible reputation. Dreams Tower is another in that area that is best avoiding. Don't waste your time with either of them. Mmmm... seems like it.s very bad indeed... but i got a good deal there... 2 bedrooms for 65 ... so can i survive or no that is the question... you can pick something up for that price and bedrooms in tecom and the maintenance will be better too... Good point....
