Anyone been to this before?

There is one on now and I was wondering if it was worth dragging along 3 yr old and 9 mo old to?

I couldn't agree more. I finally found the place -- after going to the first two locations I thought it to be. When I arrived, most stuff was still packed into boxes and what was out, was broken or useless. That said, I did buy the only mirror that was not broken (tiny chip), but they were trying to sell mirrors which had broken in half for 50 Dhs. There was nothing salvagable about them. All were broken in a very obvious manner. Anyway, when I checked out with my mirror, I told the guy that everything there was garbage and that they should be paying us to take it away. I said that because what they charged the guy in front of me for small (obviously broken lid) trashcan, a small, printed dinner plate, and a cheap plastic children's clock for 50 Dhs. I opened a number of sealed boxes hoping to find something of value. Not one thing.

Agreed! We spent an hour trying to find the place & it was nothing but garbage. Total waste of time Ok.... went on Saturday evening and TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.... the sale is not at the big home centre warehouse you see when you exit SZR...it is on at another warehouse in the interiors of al quoz...the guard at the big warehouse will just hand you a flyer as soon as you say the word "Sale", wonder why they didn't mention it on the phone when I asked :p.. I don't know what was on sale to buy ---EVERYTHING was broken.... not chipped or scratched BROKEN, shards of glass all over the place...my 3yo was in flip flops, total nightmare.... There was a ton of furniture, sofas, dining tables, chairs, but from what I saw most of it was badly damaged.... Quite disappointing....I have been to a Lifestyle warehouse sale before in jebel ali and that was so well organized and great bargains too. Maybe it will be better on a weekday. Just in case anyone is interested in going timings are Sat to Thursday 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm and Friday 2pm to 8pm. Sale on "Till Stock Lasts" On the drive back, DH said, "so now when you hear something go crash boom glass shattering everywhere at a home centre showroom, you know you can buy that exact same item at the next warehouse sale" ;)

Ok, now Im frustrated. I went by this place 2 different times and somehow missed it. Does it not say Home Center anywhere -- the map I found said "Third Line". Did not see trucks. Came back home and looked at map again --- exactly where I was at. Will try again tomorrow -- SZR is bumper to bumper at the moment.

if you turn right at the signal, do you have to do a U-turn and go back? I think I remember that you can see the warehouse opposite the signal? Do you know if they sell only small items or also bigger things like beds?

I've just Googled and can't seem to find a more detailed address for the Home Centre Warehouse. Is anyone able to help and provide a bit more detail to increase my chances of finding it?! Thanks for your help :)

I went to the warehouse sale last year which was in Sharjah. It's a good place to buy some stuff for a bargain but note that the items that were there at the warehouse were either slightly damaged or a little wear and tear.
