My friend is getting married in Spain and has asked if I could buy the sashes for the guest chairs in Dubai?

Has anyone done this before? I guess she could get them made? Any recommendations for a tailor for this type of thing?

I've no idea where to start looking so any help is hugely appreciated :)

there are a couple of places in the Dragonmart that sell sashes and chair covers would be worth checking them out and getting prices.

I (stupidly) attempted to have napkins made at Dreamgirls in Satwa. The price they quoted me was AED200 for 24 napkins, and I supplied the materials. Seemed very expensive, so I am making them myself. For sure, a smaller place with less of a brand name would be the way to go for your sashes. Good luck.

normally chair sashes are made with chiffon or tulle or satin material... all these are available cheap in the textile souqs... for example, satin is around AED 4/- per yard when you buy the whole reel... you need to first find out what colour she wants, how many chairs she needs covered, etc. any small tailor in burdubai or satwa or deira should be able to make the same for you... if she has an idea in mind for a sash style it is best to take a print out of it when u approach the tailor
