Hi I am looking to move out of an apartment, but looking for a single storey villa around, um sequim, Jumeria, any idea of any good agents or areas.

The Pavillions in Um Suqeim 3 are lovely, near the beach but no communal compound facilities. They are the pink villas near Kings/Raffles Schools.

This is a tall order - our preference was a single storey too but finally we did not find one we liked. There are decent 3 bedroom single stories but almost no 4 br. You can call Khurshid at Dubai Real Estate and find out if anything is available in Sheikh Ahmed compound on Al Wasl Road. They are old but have fabulos gardens. Look at the Al Wasl properties website and call them - they have a handful. Arenco also has a couple of compounds. All these guys you can call the owners direct to inquire. <em>edited by sadubai on 01/03/2012</em>
