probably tavola or lakeland for the wire. do you need the cloth to store the cheese in ? if so, I woul look at wax or greeseproof paper.. works a treat. try the fabric shops in Satwa and ask for Fine Muslin ... Tell the guys in the shops that you want to make yonghurt or paneer..
