1. Let’s Read Charity Book Shop and Children's Library

Book lovers can give previously owned books a new home through the Let's Read Charity Book Shop and Children’s Library, a store based in Avenues Mall that sells secondhand books.

All the books on sale are pre-loved and were donated. You can also donate any old books you no longer want to the library shop.

Parts of the proceeds from book sales are used to help charity projects in the region.

2. Ukay ukay thrift stores in Oman

Ukay ukay comes from the Filipino word 'to dig'. Ukay ukay stores in Oman are thrift stores where you can find heaps of deals on secondhand clothes, and there's usually a great selection to choose from.

Located in Seeb, Oman, the Vintage and Elegant Boutique is where you'll find carefully curated South Asian vintage clothes and accessories, makeup, and other products.

6. Ali New Projects (Sale of Household Items)

For secondhand household items and furniture in Oman, drift over to Ali New Projects (Sale of Household Items) located in Muscat.

They sell used house goods, and you might just find an item you never knew you wanted for your abode. This furniture thrift store also does delivery and pick-up, if you're looking to sell any unwanted furniture you have.
