This year's National Day of Oman is just around the corner, and the country is gearing up for a day of stunning fireworks, camel races, and parades. Celebrated every year on November 18th to commemorate Oman's independence the Kingdom of Portugal in 1650.
The Oman government has announced that the country will observe a public holiday on Monday, November 18 and Tuesday, November 19 - making the perfect opportunity for citizens, residents, and visitors of Oman to celebrate all the things that makes Oman special, from its great traditions to its rich culture and environment.

Expect to see the skies light up across the country in honour of National Day in Oman 2019. It's recommended to plan ahead so you can get a good front-row seat to a spectacular fireworks show.
