Your Guide to Gyms in Oman and Their Prices

Staying active is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Being able to find the right facility to exercise is crucial to sticking to being active. Whether you prefer to use the machines, the weights or group classes, there are gyms in Oman to suit all needs. 

And because we know that price is also a big factor in choosing a gym, we've put together a list of some Oman gyms, what they offer and what their memberships cost to help make your decision easier. Check back regularly as we update the page with additional gyms in town. 
 

Horizon Fitness

Horizon has gyms located all over the country. They have two options, access to only one gym of your choice or membership to all their locations.

Hype Fitness

Hype Fitness is located in Al Khuwair. Their services include fitness counselling and they have a steam facility.

1-year membership: RO90

Flex Fitness

Flex Fitness is located in four areas – Azaiba, Al Kuwair, Mawaleh and Al Khoudh.

6-months membership: RO100
1-year membership: RO140

VivaFit

VivaFit is a women’s only gym that’s located in Shatti Al Qurrum. There will be another one opening soon in Khoud. There is an additional RO30 for registration and you get access to all their classes, such as Pilates.

Balance Health and Fitness

This gym is located in Qurum and their memberships include personal training sessions. They offer a variety of classes, including spinning and martial arts. There’s a one-time registration fee of RO10.

Circle Club Fitness

Circle Club is located in Ruwi and is a gym that specialises in circuit training and they use Milon’s innovative system.

The Wellness Centre

Located in Al Mouj, the Wellness Centre offers many classes, including Yoga and Zumba and they also offer CryoTherapy, which helps with recovery, reducing inflammation and reliving pain. Their memberships include all their classes and collagen saunas.

1 year membership: RO410

Premedion

Premedion is not only a gym but also a spa and recreational centre. It’s located inside the Muscat Grand Mall and it has a pool. Their main two membership categories are Silver and Gold. The Silver one offers 10% discount on spa treatments and personal training. The gold one includes access to classes and free spa treatments as well as a voucher.

They also have VIP, Family and Pool only memberships. VIP memberships have the added benefits of a personal locker and complimentary laundry of sportswear. Family package is for 2 adults and 2 children up to 16 years old and includes all group classes and 10% discount on spa treatments.
