Housemaid apply only if certain criteria -Jumeirah islands

Hi, I am looking for a live in housemaid with following criteria:

-cleaning company experience 1-2 years
-worked in a household where you managed laundry, cleaning, help in cooking every single day for 5 years minimum in 1 house not multiple.
-I am looking for someone who has good skills of taking instructions to learn baking from me. Initially, I will do with you & I expect in 3-4 weeks you can do it independently.
-overall helping attitude. Aware of her surroundings. Understand house system in 1 week & has good routine. Above all loves her work .
-Good listening skills. As well as communicating in clear way.
-not fussy about her cooking & grocery. Plain simple lady with no tantrums. Sweet natured. Well behaved.
-we are family of 3, my son is 13 years old. There is no work with children as such in my house.
