I placed an order on the 31st of May with multiminds and I had sent out an email to them on the same day with the voucher and other details. The usual wait times was 5 - 7 business days. They had promised a delivery on the 10th of June and after several phone call attempts the manager Mr. Martin promised a delivery on the 12th June. Though promised it wasnt delivered on the 12th of June and after trying a few hundred times to reach them they again said the shipment was out fot delivery and it would be delivered on thursday 14th June positively.
Until now, i have received no confirmation on the delivery and when I try and reach them they cut the line.
I am feeling very frustrated with the customer service here - theyve got my money already and now i am stuck.
Any thoughts on what I should do - ask for a refund/ storm into their office and give them a piece of my mind / just pray that i get the delivery.
