How nice, Fairfield! A few decades ago, my FIL was the importer for Kerrygold butter so that was what DH grew up eating. I buy it for nostalgia's sake, but great to know that it's sold competitively at C4.

i believe that kerrigold is grass fed. By my Dad's very own grass in fact! Well, he supplies Kerry anyway, so I always like to imagine it's one of his cows that's produced the butter I put on my toast in the faraway desert! FFx

Le Marche in Arabian Ranches have Kerrygold unsalted butter. Do C4 have salted? Looked in Waitrose today and could see any of either type. I have seen both in c4 the silver packets are unsalted i think they are usually in the freezers closest to the entrance

All New Zealand cows are grass fed, so Anchor butter is grass fed. Just make sure you check the label to ensure they're using NZ milk products. Usually found in the freezer, but a darn sight cheaper than Rachels, Kerrygold and even Lurpak :) Anchor is really expensive here it is AED24 in Choitrhams and Spinneys Lurpak and Kerrigold is half that price for 2 packs! What price can you get it for?

Awesome :) I didn't Kerrygold could be bought outside of more expensive shops, hadn't bought butter in a while! I use it in my baking so i dont want to pay extorninate prices! :-)

thanks ladies, I'll have a look around "smelly Carrefour" and look at Rachel's Kerrygold's websites. They usually have it in the freezer section and buy one get one free for around AED14

I'm pretty sure Rachel's butter is grass fed. Spinneys stock it. Sometimes. Looking on their website; their milk says their cows graze on grass but the butter does not say this so i would doubt that they do.

i believe that kerrigold is grass fed. It is a Carrefour is the cheapest place to buy it :-) Do not buy from Spinneys or Choitrhams as double the cost! But C4 smells and is dirty
