Please share your opinion about the newly-opened Kensington nursery in Silicon Oasis. Have any of you registered your LOs there? I have registered DD there in the nursery class and she will be attending 3 days a week. THis is the first time for me that any of my kids are going to a regualr nursery so I don't really know what to expect.
Any feedback would be much appreciated.

My son has been going to the Summer Camp and 3 days from September. Their organization must have improved as everything went smoothly. Yesterday he cam home with a nurse note in his school bag saying he was bitten by a firmed while they were playing and went to the nurse for Ice to reduce swelling. I really like that they explain what the marks are from. (his friend has a very good bite!) At his last nursery I had to phone and ask why he came home with a black eye! So far I have been very happy with kensington. Their food menu looks very yummy!

My DS has been going to the nursery for three months and we are very happy with it. Facilities are really good, they cook fresh food on site every day, the teachers and assistants are nice and very caring and most important my DS is very happy there. Also unlike some other nurseries in the time we have been there, they have not closed a single day for training and they have extended opening hrs if you require so.

So, is it already up and running? We will arribe in Dubai in a month and our little one is supposed to start in the winter term. Despite the numerous emails and phone calls, we have not had any confirmation in written and have not asked us to pay anything yet. They just said there will be no problem as they have vacancies and asked us to go for a tour on arrival. Just a bit concerned as I have nothing confirming he has been admitted and last I heard there were not even open yet. Any thoughts please?

The management seem a bit disorganised so far, will give them some slack as its just opened but if things don't improve there are plenty of other nurseries nearby so will be moving my daughter on. My daughter (2 1/2) still seems happy there , nice mix of nationalitities, really convenient if you actually live in DSO!
