I am a 40+ woman, running my own consultancy and looking to share my place in Dubai Marina with two female tenants.
I have two bedrooms in my 4-bed apartment to let out. Both are comfortably furnished with double beds, writing desks, shelves etc. with access to the kitchen, living area and balcony with full marina view.
Rental includes high speed internet, DEWA, and twice a week cleaning.
Metro station is at the doorstep as is a 24-hour supermarket. Marina Mall and the JBR beach are a short walk away.
Access to gym, sauna and two great swimming pools.
