Just a quick feedback for all you AR/Motor city/VH ladies - it's well worth a visit!! particularly if you're fed up with a certain salon in the community centre... i did my threading/eyelash tint and mani/pedi there (bio sculpture gel, they also do gellish) and am very happy. finally, somewhere good to go to! enjoy

can someone please telll me how much is it for the gel nail extensions They are normally around 250-300AED a set i think ( dont quote me on that) My refills used to be 180 but that was a few years back and i use gellish now

having posted the original thread, have to say that i am still very happy with Chi so they do still seem to be keeping up their standards. they also have a fantastic waxing/threading lady there now who moved from T&T AR - shazia i think her name is. for the first time ever, threading actually doesnt hurt! plus having ted morgan next door now means you can do a full on pamper all in the same place!

Love Chi, so much more friendly and happy than Gladys. Much less stressful than tips and toes. Sadly found out the girls still work 12 hrs, 6 days a week. Happiest, brightest girls I have met. Thank you girls. wow...its sad that after they are getting good reviews that chi is making its staff over work.

I absolutely love the place. I like their facilities/layout better than a lot of the other places in MC/AR plus it is very clean. The ladies are very lovely and it is a nice quiet atmosphere. (One place I use to go in MC was always loud and I never felt relaxed.) Also, they are quick and they actually know what a "french" manicure is. On top of all of that, they use organic nail polish, which is important for me now that I am pregnant.

Sorry to bring up an oldish thread, but I went to Chi for the first time today and have to offer some praise! I had acrylics put on, and the lady who did them (Jennifer) was so lovely - kept checking that she wasn't hurting me when filing, gave me a lovely hand massage before doing the polish etc. Everyone was so smiley and seemed genuinely nice (having had loads of exeriences with surly staff in Dxb it was a nice change). I would happily recommend them to anyone :) Edited to add; she also happily re-polished three of my fingers which I clumsily smudged when picking up my bag :) <em>edited by GirlAnachronism on 26/08/2011</em>
