Just a note people, but if you are going to close off an entire turn off, particularly from a feeder road that services the Green Community, and is the ONLY ingress/egress for said community and the adjacent Invstment Park, can I suggest that you change the timing on the traffic lights on that crazy roundabout? You have one lane of traffic backed up for miles and traffic lights set to 30 seconds while the rest of the lights run for 5 mins with no traffic flowing through at all.
