Corian needs to be sanded back about once a year and then it will look brand new again. Try and contact their ME supplier who should be able to help you. United Arab Emirates Mohamed Kaafarani [email protected] +971 504 521 511

I would go with quartz. I have a Corian countertop and there are so many stains on it. While we are on the subject, does anyone know how to get stains out of a Corian countertop?

I have quartz at home and my mum has Corian. As Bomali said it's lovely, and I like the fact you can put hot things on it. Mum isn't really happy with her Corian, it shows scratch marks and you can't put hot things on it. If price is similar, go quartz

I've got quartz and its lovely. Looks good, wipes down well and can put hot things on it without fear of scorch marks
