Hello,
In an enthuisiastic bout of frozen mango dacquri making I managed to press the button before the parts were connected properly and sadly, it didn't end very well.
So, I now need to get it fixed, but I have not idea where to take it. I see that Al Ghandi is the distributor, would I take it to a showroom, or is there a service centre? Their website seems to be down and the press info seems to be quite old.
Any advice? Is it an easy process?
