we lived in ghaya residence which is walking distance to difc, its on S Z road but apartments at the back facing difc are the best. we had a cat and a small yorkie when we lived there and many other people had small pets. we lived there 2 years ago. give them a call. apartments are good size and have balconies for washing etc. we had a 3 bed and had a sep. laundry room as well. its near 21st century, the metro station, etc
found this link online - as far as i know they still do appliances in with rent.

good luck
We live there since sep last year، it works well for us but i share your concerns in your other post mainly the low light and the window issues. But some flats have bigger window which bring in more light. Early when we moved in i felt so trapped in even though im more of an in door person, but with time i got used to it completely. Hanging laundry inside the living room and waiting for it to dry for at least 24 hours is a down side given that we don't use the dryer machine. We still have some lights with loose connection turning on occasionally but we accepted living with this. The place is generally really posh and it's finishing is better than many many other places, if you have further question pls let me know. HTH
We are looking to move to an apartment and have cats that we want to move with us.
We have looked at The Maze building but they are saying strictly no pets ... Although Index Tower seems to be pet friendly?? Can anyone feedback their experience of differing buildings pet policy??
Thanks ..
