Oh dear...whoever suggested this to me a couple of months ago absolutely did NOT do me any favours. The girls on reception in my office as well as the guys I work with are now convinced I have some sort of dreadful mental disorder that means I shop compulsively. I've just had to do the walk of shame with my second huge box in as many days. I'm now on first name terms with the Aramex guy. This doesn't include the companies that ship directly to Dubai (theoutnet, Bravissimo) :)

I'm also a recent Shop n Ship recruit ....love OP's walk of shame & I've swiftly just had no less than 4 pairs of shoes delivered purchased via UK eBay (all within a week of purchase) ......... eeek, it's a little tooooo easy for someone like me who hates trawling the malls!!! I think the Cobone offer has expired but be aware that if you pay the 35 USD joining fee using Mastercard they offer an automatic 50% discount. I was very pleasantly surprised and hooked from that moment on!! :P

Quick question ladies.. Once the parcel reaches your inbox in the US, approximately how long does it take to get here? Allow 4-5 days but if it's over a weekend it can take a bit longer.

I think they have a half price offer (I paid $17)...it costs 130 Aed for three pairs of shoes, 70 dhs for dresses (from the UK).

I'm not suze63, but you just pay AED41 per kilo (or pound, can never remember) on arrival of your parcel in Dubai, on top of the shipping costs charged by the company from whom you purchase in the US for delivery to your US S & S address. Here's the link: http://www.shopandship.com/default.aspx The intial one-off layout for your S&S addresses is USD35.00 and well worth it :)
