Bought some frozen spinach today (DS loves it!) as I couldn't get fresh, what do I do to just saute it, it's still semi frozen in a sieve over a bowl at the moment ..... I just planned on stir frying with some garlic and olive oil like I do with the fresh, but never used frozen before!

It needs to be defrosted and you will have to squeeze out the moisture really really well otherwise you will be poaching it instead of sauteing it.

well, you will have mushy spinach if you try and treat it as fresh. You could make a creamed spinach rather than a stir fry :) here are some suggestions :) http://allrecipes.com/recipes/everyday-cooking/convenience-cooking/frozen-food-recipes/frozen-vegetables/frozen-spinach/viewall.aspx?page=4
