Hi
Has anyone used this? If you are using the system should you wash you hair every day or can you wash 2-3 a week?
With the scalp treatment (product 3) is this something you use every day or just after you wash your hair?

I wish I had the patience to grow it to that length! I have tried so many times, but got fed up when I struggled to get it to look like something in the process of growing it. Then one day I just can't stand it any longer and off to the hairdresser I go for a haircut...

Hi - Thanks for the reply. It is expensive, but if its works - then its worth it. I also have very fine hair too. I find if I keep it at shoulder length (less layers the better) and shaped at the face it can look ok.

Nioxin was recommended to me by my hairdresser while I was on chemotherapy for cancer. The doctor warned me that I may lose my hair, but not necessarily. I didn't realized that I was losing my hair until it started to grow back. So overall I can say I think it helped because I never lost so much hair that anyone could notice. I kept on using it afterwards because of the hormone treatment I received and some long term chemotherapy for another ailment which also causes hair loss. I do have very thin hair, so any hair loss for me is a problem. Things could have been so much worse if it was not for Nioxin. As I have said, I still use some of their products, although it is on the expensive side.

Hi Thanks for your message. I only wash my hair twice a week. Did any of the products help at all? Did the scalp treatment therapy help? I have only been using it once I washed my hair - so no results. Will use everyday now.Thanks again.

I used to use Nioxin back home. If I remember correctly, I was advised to not wash my hair daily, but as I am someone who like to wash my hair every day, I used it daily. I just realized I still have some Scalp Therapy and according to the instructions on the bottle, it is supposed to be used daily. I don't know if this is of any help to you. (I still use their hairspray and Bliss Thermal Protector which I find excellent products.)
