I can't be the only person in Dubai who has one of these bins as they have masses for sale in all the supermarkets.

But I cannot get the bin liners - anywhere! Does someone have the inside scoop on this? Why is there no G ( 23 - 30 litre) bin liners anywhere???

As a substitute I use these yellow things from carre4.

Glad I am not the only one with this problem! Drove over to Ace hardware by IKEA and still no G liners but lots of bins needing G liners for sale! hello! Apparently there is only one importer/agent and they dont have any either and NO idea when they will get them!!!

They are on shortage in Dubai.I don't find any, while I always found mine in spinneys - which is the only outlet that sells big quantity packets. Yet, I found some at Ace SZR yesterday. I buy the H, but I'm pretty sure I saw the G too. <em>edited by Tiki on 04/02/2012</em>

Hahaha! No, we're not hoarding them, I just keep one extra package and when I open that one then I know I need to go and buy another on my next shop. Sometimes it takes a few shopping trips before I can find them. Oh the joys of grocery shopping in Dubai, sometimes you can find an item and then the next few times it's not on the shelves.

We have the same bin and I've found the liners at Spinny's Umm Sequim, Geant and Waitrose. Sometimes they run out of them so I keep an extra supply at home. and that's why we can't get any !! :-P

We have the same size bins,,,we get the Brabantia size G liners from Waitrose, either at Marina Mall or Dubai Mall. It's the only place I've seen them but it's where we bought the bin from also, OK good tip, thanks. Places with less footfall.

All our bins are brabantia, I just buy black bags from wherever and 'tuck them in' at the rim with a small knot towards the back to make them a better fit.
