Whats the best cleaning company to use for a real deep cleaning in a villa? Our new place has dirt on kitchen units that need to be not just wiped but scrubbed and children have drawn on doors etc. etc. so it really does need more that just wiping dettol everywhere - please recommend. I was going to use Howdra and get 3 maids for 1 whole day as it needs to be done properly but would like you comments please. Thank you Ladies!

We used Rosgold who were excellent. They cleaned absolutely everything, inside cupboards, got paint spots off floor, bird poo off balcony....literally everything. I would highly recommend them. In ...

I use Right Maids, 04-3329001. I have a lovely lady called Jacqui that comes every Saturday afternoon. They are AED 35 per hour but there is a minimum of 4 hours. Sometimes she is half an hour late but that is due to the route the bus takes and they know I don't mind as I still get my 4 hours of work. I feel for the cleaner though as she has a very long day. I have been looking for a decent maid so thought I would try my luck with Right Maids. We arranged for the maid to come this morning at 8:00 AM - I even took the morning off work. They called yesterday to confirm so I was happy that they were being professional. Until now. Waited over one hour for the maid, she is still not here. Now they called me 1 hour late saying that the maid is sick and she cannot come and that someone will come in the afternoon. After I took the morning off!!!! I can't wait around the whole day for this. I asked her why they did not inform me earlier and she said it is because she just got to the office now. I am seething!

I have been using maids.ae. 4 hour minimum 140aed, all filipina and lovely. We have four bed huge apartment and lovely girl can get thru 3/4 of it and do loads of ironing in that time. Be careful tho as there is maid.ae also who I used by mistake once. They were also fine, but prefer maidS.ae and they pay their girls more too. Hi Kathy Can you please share the number please. Thanks.

I use Perfect Maids...they're extremely reliable and honest..I've had a really good experience with them. The call a guy named Harry at 050 3534900/..he always helps me in a pinch. Hi Shir ive tried that number and I go through to Barclays Bank ?? Ive doubled checked the number too.

we're with right maids. first girl they sent was dreadful, second lady - older - is fantastic and such a pleasure having around. used howdra before and had no problems with them either.

Morning Anyone else knows the number to Rosgold cleaners? Ive tried Aston, Helping hands and Ultra they are all fully booked. I either want Wed. or Thurs. mornings for a weekly 4 hr cleaning ... Any other good comapanies Im missing that you can share ...Ive had a sri lankan cleaner in the past and now want to try a Philipina .. TIA

I did call Rosgold, they told me 2200 AED...? is this normal for a move in clean? cant be. It depends how big your house is. Did they come round and take a look before quoting you? We paid 2400 AED for a large 5 bed villa. There were 5 cleaners there for 11 hours. They cleaned inside and out....even the patio, balconies etc. I know it's a lot of money but they saved me a lot of elbow grease!

I have always used Sky Maid Service, 043324600. It's 35/hour, minimum 4 hours, and I have always been satisfied with the cleaning.

I've used Home Maids twice now on the recommendation of a friend and been happy with them. They know where I live, turn up on time, do the job quickly and discreetly and charge 30dhs an hour. 800 MAID, I think (but might need to double-check that!). I was using M&H Cleaning before and was really happy with them, but they didn't turn up one afternoon when I'd booked them before we had visitors arriving and when DH called they denied any knowledge of the booking, leaving me in the lurch. I got one call from a manager and then nothing; I was really disappointed with this as the staff had all been great and very efficient, but if I couldn't rely on them turning up there was no point using them. I think the problem was most likely the receptionist being a bit rubbish. If you want to give them a try it's 050 7181518.
