Try Alaa Hanbali who is one of the Customer Account Executives. I met him a while ago when he came round with one of the delivery guys doing spot checks on customer satisfaction. He told me to contact him if there was any problems and the one time I did he was all over it.

About a month ago, DH ordered a DVD (competely non-controversial) from Amazon in the UK which was confirmed delivered and signed for at Aramex's Shop & Ship depot in Slough. Unfortunately it didn't leave the depot - presumably it's been lost. DH opened a case with customer services and provided all necessary information, but has heard nothing back.
If there's anyone here who has any senior contacts at Aramex, we'd be grateful for any pointers as to who to talk to. Thanks!
