Hello ladies,
I'm menopausal and am fed up with the hot flushes that I've suffered for the last 2.5years. After doing some research apparently starflower oil can help with the symptons.
Do you know where I can buy these from in Sharjah/Mirdif? I need vegetarian capsules (no beef gelatine).

Holland & Barrett ( Dubai Mall) has starflower oil capsules , not sure about a Borage. Just looked at label and it does contain gelatine . <em>edited by aberdeenquine on 25/11/2013</em>

Visited several pharmacies today including Boots in Mega Mall and nobody knew anything about starflower oil capsules. Guess this means getting them on line and a friend bringing them over from UK next week. Hope they work...10 hot flushes today :( Fee
