I've had a severe neck pain and headache for 5 days now, I can't even sleep. My doctor said it is okay to get a neck & shoulder massage. I'm on my 2nd trimester now. Any Recommendations where ? I will really appreciate it. Thank you.

sensasia is phenomenal for pregnancy massage. more of an experience and the price does reflect that. the one at emirates golf club i found to be more special than the one on the palm

I went to Talise Spa in Al Qasr. It was very nice. I had a lot of cervical pain at the beginning of my pregnancy and the massage really helped me. Wherever you go for the prenatal massage just tell the masseuse not to massage around the ankles, it's a very sensitive area during pregnancy. Some women believe it some don't, but it's better to be safe. My cousin learned this in school back in the States when she was studying to get her license so she warned me to avoid massages on my ankles and feet. Happy pregnancy and let us know how the massage went wherever you get it. I will book another one soon.

I used to go to the Cleopatra Spa at Wafi for a ''Mother to Be'' massage, would highly recommend.

I went to the white room in motor city. It's a ladies only spa and did nice massages throughout my pregnancy.

I used to go to Sensasia on the Palm (between shoreline buildings 1 and 2). It's cheaper then the posh hotels but still very nice in terms of ambience and the pre natal massages worked wonders for the back pains I used to suffer from Was about to recommend them, they have a whole page of prenatal and pregnancy massages on their brochure

A few friends used feet lounge in Executive Towers in Business Bay when they were pregnant and said it was really good (one used to come up from the Marina to go there.) I use it myself (not pregnant) and find it good and good value. edited by mannikat on 17/06/2014
