Teaching Assistant – The Wonder Years Nursery

Location: Remraam, Dubai, UAE
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday, Alternating Saturdays)
Included: Visa, Medical, Transport

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our warm and dynamic team at The Wonder Years Nursery. If you love working with young children and thrive in a nurturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Support the teacher in creating an engaging and safe learning environment.
• Assist in planning and setting up fun, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Ensure children’s welfare, safety, and hygiene at all times.
• Encourage social, emotional, and intellectual development through play and interaction.
• Help with mealtimes, diapering, and maintaining a clean classroom.
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold our nursery’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:
High school certificate + 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Desirable:

• CACHE Level 2, Diploma, or relevant Early Years qualification.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute ideas.
