By assistance do you mean land? The land he would get if he went through all of the hassle and paperwork is in Abu Dhabi but we prefer to live in Dubai where his business is. We did build actually but it took 3 years was a tremendous headache and only built something for the purpose of renting it. It isnt really our style and it is far too big. It is more for a house for multiple families.
Also, really surprisingly (or at least I was surprised) the quality of the workmanship even if you try to hire a great contractor can be very sketchy.

Those Villas are lovely but sadly out of my price range..over 400k .They are not too far away from anything AR and motorcity is just 10 min drive away ...
Not sure how many people are actually occupying the villas though. We live opposite in The Villa community another new community i have a five bed huge pool for 200 k and the landscaping is nearly done in phase 1 and lots of people living here. We dont feel to far away from anything, 15 min is mirdiff city centre and 20 min is Dubai mall.
