I think so but in my country people are used to of this trend & recite in the same manner. You go to your app store and search for Youtube downloader. On my Iphone I have VDownload, which is quite good. For my tablet (Android) I have videoder. I download the Baiyyna Tafseer lectures by Abdulnasir Jangda and Nouman Ali Khan. But the best for recitation is to download Quran Explorer. It has different qari's (paid version), you can repeat verses, you can choose the translation you want. Very good app MashaAllah, worth getting the paid app for. Ayat is also a good app to help you with recitation and memorization.
