Scholtes oven - help!

OK so I bought this Scholtes CP 965 R electric oven last year, which unfortunately came with an instruction manual in French. The stove top/hob is self-explanatory, so I've mastered that. ;)
However, obviously I don't bake much, because I haven't needed to know how to operate the oven until now! I can't locate an English version of the manual (Sharaf DG, internet, etc), so wondered if one of you bakers with the same oven could help me out?
Any assistance would be appreciated...TIA
