I make them, have a recipe from an old issue of Cooking Light. Recipe is nearly identical to that for homemade Indian breads (roomali roti), only Cooking Light suggests a few drops of sesame oil in the dough. You could also order some roomali rotis from your nearest Indian restaurant, cheaper and fresher than Galleries Lafayette!

You can buy them in the Asian food section at Galleries Lafayette. We buy the duck which comes with 8 pancakes but always need more. From memory I think they are 12/16 dhm for 8. HTH.

Not sure, but sounds lovely if you're having that for dinner. I heard LuLu in Barsha sells items like that, might be worth a try?
