There's one off Al Wasl Road close to one of the traffic signals.

I'd love to do Bed and Breakfast in Dubai - I have a lovey villa, pool, garden, good location for bus and metro tec. After all I do it all the time for family and friends, I'd love to do it for a business but I fear its illegal here. About 7 years ago, several guests stayed at a B&B when they came for my daughter's wedding, it was good, budget accommodation. Not sure why theyndon't allow it here.

I don't think the people who come here are looking for a B and B...

The one in Umm Suqquim was shut down by the municipality a while ago. There's a lovely B&B of sorts in Bastakia: http://www.xvagallery.com/hotel/

I think that it is difficult to get a license to run a business from home in this country.

I think there was one once, not sure if they are still in business? I think it was somewhere off beach road?
