There was an incident with my collegue that his maid absonded, she dint steal anything except her passport. I think you should be aware of with whom she is hanging out but offcourse keeping her privacy in to consideration.
We have had our maid for over a year and trust her completely. When we brought her on we said she is allowed one day off but has a curfew (i.e. not allowed to sleep out). Now she is asking to be allowed to stay out. Again, we trust her but not others, if that makes sense.
Do you allow your maid to sleep out or do you have a curfew for them? If curfew, what time is it?
