Bought a pack today as it resembled couscous and I thought I will give it a try. Has anyone cooked with this before? Any ideas?

Thanks.

Yum!Moghrabieh is one of my all-time favorite dishes. Here is a [url=http://shahiya.com/english/recipes/moghrabieh-989'>link[/url'>[ to the traditional Lebanese way of cooking Moghrabieh. The mouth-watering chicken, the delicious sweet onions, and the caraway flavor are what makes this dish. This recipe is the closest to what my mom makes except she only uses caraway and cinnamon- no cumin or pepper.
