Can anyone tell me which is the best pakistani rice i should buy in Dubai. I have tried sinara and mumtaz but both proved disappointing especially when i make palao. They take a lot of time and water to cook. Please can anyone help me.

I use and swear by India Gate rice. It cooks quickly, is super long grain, and is always fresh. Perfect every time.

Javria, PLZ dont use Sinara and Mumtaz. Every rice bag that advertises Long Grain BAsmati , is not :\: They are hopeless, waste of time and resources. Plz try these rice. Long grain and good for pulao or biryani. [b'>Punjabi Altaie[/b'> http://www.arad.ae/rice-items.html [b'>Iqbal Rice[/b'> http://www.khushitrading.com/progallery.html#28 [b'>Qaswa Rice[/b'> Also, if you can go to Ajman there is a famous Hashim Flour Mill (+ 971(6)7423495) which sells Mustafa Rice. This rice is wonderful LONG grain when cooked. I compare it to Noodles they r so long!!! Hope you get the best one. Do let us know
