If you willing to make the effort, putting it in writing by email may help. Unfortunately customer service as we all know needs improving and maybe just maybe putting it in writing will help the process. Verbal communication unfortunately does not always work whatever the line of business . yesss after being using them for 4 years now they getting bad service : bottles (18 ltr) are soo dirty + evry week i get 1 or 2 gallon out from 4 leaking ..... i called them more than 10 times and they keep reply next time madam will deliver new one!! so please advice me a good clean water (18 ltr) thank you

I used to be a big oasis fan but over the last few months i received leaking bottles pretty much with every delivery and service to sort things out was always a hassle. I also use early bird now for water and for many other things. They can also deliver within the hour for an extra 12aed.

Use Earlybird.ae [url=https://www.earlybird.ae/'>link[/url'>they deliver various different waters (including Oasis) and are very reliable. You can also order all your soft drinks and some other bits and bobs through them. I've been using them for 3 years now and very happy with their service <em>edited by Tiptoptoni on 13/03/2013</em>

Al Bayan is very good... never had any hassels and best bit is that we call them any day and they come within the hour to deliver.... I have lodged complaints against Oasis and Nestle's in the past with Dubai Consumer Rights because of leakage and leaving bottles in the sun when there is a carport to keep them in, plus very rude delivery men and customer service.

Will be looking into switching to Masafi then! I've had a bad experience with Nestle who I was using up until November of last year. Throughout the summer months Nestle were leaving their bottles (new and old) out in the full daylight on the pavement outside my building, not even bothering to leave them in the shade. Often for hours until the bottles were brought inside to our apartments or removed. My bottles were always hot. I took various fotos over several months to show management, because I understood that leaving bottles out in the direct sunlight was dangerous? Nothing changed so I closed my account with them. So Masafi it is then. Thanks for the recommendation guys :)

Another in the Masafi camp. If I forget to leave the bottles out, they ring the bell and remind me! If for any reason they haven't delivered on time, I just call and they are round by the next morning. Very good service.

Masafi has been great for us! They show up at almost the exact same time e Rey Tuesday. There have been times where I have forgotten to leave the coupons out, and instead of just going on, they ring the bell to check with me! :-) Really great service. And the bottles are always clean- they never use a bottle twice for water. It will get recycled into something else.

We used to do Oasis but when I wanted my deposit back over one summer as we were going away for a long time, it took forever to get it back and I ended up threatening writing to good old 7Days and they pitched up the next morning lol I much prefer Masafi - the bottles are a lot easier to lift as they're not as big. They've forgotten us a couple of times but always turn up when I've phoned. I have had one leaky bottle out of them in 2+ years.

We've always had fab service too - they never miss and I've had two leaky bottles - I knew before I brought them into the house...rang both times and the lady was so helpful, replaced the next day...

So dangerous! I must have the best Oasis delivery guys, every Monday like clockwork never a leaky bottle in 7 years

I second Masafi. Their guy forgot to deliver one week and I called and left a message thinking 'they'll never get back to me', but the next morning they called back first thing and I had my water delivered within the hour. SO good to great service in Dubai.
