Most Rotana hotels in Dubai offer swim lessons and most of them have one female instructor and one male instructor. You just tell them you want to book the female. ;) Their rates are also very good compared to these swim schools and private tutors. Especially if you buy a package.

Looking for someone to teach my mum to swim.... she is terrified but wants to learn... Bless. Any suggestions. Hi Forever21, I recently took swimming lessons at Bodylines in Rose Rayhaan on Sheikh Zayed Road. The instructors are fantastic, they have one to one classes. I was terrified too to begin with, but in ten classes I was able to do the breaststroke, basics of freestyle and backstroke and learnt to stay afloat at the deep end of the pool.

Hi, my replies to this thread keep getting deleted, maybe its because I'm offering a service, not too sure of the forum rules. But as I said before, I am a part-time swim teacher in Dubai and do swimming lessons on a weekly basis at evening hours. I will be resuming lessons again at the start of September, let me know if interested. :)

There is a very nice lady from the UK I know of that gives swimming lessons. Only have her email which is Personally I always prefer private instructors, tutors, teachers etc over big schools and organizations. Just how we do it back home, it is more personal somehow :)

Google absolute swimming academy. Alternatively look in the Sports 360 listings. Mostly female coaches I am told and places all over Dubai.
