Birds Eye chicken pies, never seen them here, theres just something about them that screams comfort food for Ds & I. Also Old El Paso fajita mix, the stuff here is hideous (IMHO) compared to the one from the UK. [b'>Easy and cheap availibility of craft supplies. I know its possible to get most things but the cost[/b'>....... likewise books are always expensive here. Otherwise just the usual friends, family, seasons. Quite lucky really I think. *nods head in agreement*

But don't you find the crisps here have no crunch? no.. just the same as at home... we actually prefer lays but they don't do all the flavours we like... edited by Sue62 on 03/10/2011 Gosh, we just don't buy crisps/potato/corn snacks at all as we find they are so soft and crumbly here. Not crisp, in other words :D

I know they may not be quite as good as Walker's, but Waitrose include roast chicken ones in a variety pack. I got mine at Spinneys in the Marina, in the pork section.
