I second what mannikat says, Etsy is excellent! (as long as you have a bit of time to wait for the delivery). You can get such unique things on there, my best friend recently got married and I got her a personally made satin gown to wear on the day, hand made from USA and arrived in 3 weeks, defo going to shop on there for my wedding in 2016 :-)

I got married a few weeks ago and wore a vintage style hair piece, sort of a thin alice band with a side bit of a small flowery, feather thing with crystally pearl bits and it had a small birdcage veil. I bought it in Galeries Lafayette, cost 650 dids. I'd be happy to let you have it at a much reduced price if it would interest you, I can send pics if you like, albeit, no idea how to on here. Anyway, let me know if of interest. Oh and Congrats on your forthcoming nuptials.

I have a pair of white sandals with small heels (2 inch max) that I bought for my wedding but didn't wear as I went for flat sandals in the end. I also have a beautiful veil, I know you said you didn't want a veil but this is a clip in one so doesn't cover the full head. If you are interested let me know.

Hi, I recently got married and I wanted to wear beautiful yet comfy shoes (slight heels) . I searched high and low all over the world and finally found them at Debenhams in Dubai. Not only did I find shoes but also my wedding accessories which was a bonus. Congratulations on your big day and all the best!

Hi! There are at least 2 shops in Dubai mall that sell these. I found them by chance on a day where I decided to do each floor of the mall shop by shop!!! One if the shops looks just like a jewellery shop but had some gorgeous head pieces. There's a stand somewhere too, well it's like an open fronted shop. Try debenhams as well as they've got loads in their jewellery department. Cant help eith the flats but hou could always trail the mall, shop by shop, floor by floor one day like I did!!! Good luck!

I'm on the hunt for a headpiece to wear on my wedding day. Not a veil as it doesn't go with my dress, just a pretty vintage style headpiece would be perfect. I've searched the big stores like Contessa, Bridal Showroom etc with no luck so im hoping i may find in a little boutique that just specialised in headpieces maybe?? But WHERE??? Also in need of SHOES - annoyingly my fiance isnt that much taller than me so in need of pretty flats :/ Any suggestions would be appreciated ladies :)
